1 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Custom L.E.D. Service. By accessing our website (customledservice.com), browsing our product catalog, placing an order, or utilizing our customer service channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase products or use this website.

2 Vehicle Applications & Product Fitment

Our lighting systems are custom-engineered for specific vehicle platforms, including Chevrolet Corvette (C5, C6, C7, C8), Chevrolet Camaro (2010–2015), Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and specialized remote accessories.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate kit corresponding to their specific vehicle year, trim, and transmission configuration.
• For custom vehicle configurations or questions regarding fitment, please contact our technicians at (303) 918-1237 prior to placing your order.
• We continually refine our harness and connector designs; minor cosmetic harness revisions that improve performance or durability may occur without notice.

3 Orders, Pricing & Payment Processing

All prices listed on the website are in United States Dollars ($USD). Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the rare event of typographical errors or technical glitches affecting product pricing or inventory counts.

4 90-Day Return Policy & RMA Authorization

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Call us at (303) 918-1237 or email sales@customledservice.com with your order number to request an RMA number.
2. Securely package the item with all original harnesses, LED strips, controllers, and wiring adapters included.
3. Affix the RMA number clearly to the return shipment and send to our Centennial shop: 7225 S Grant St, Centennial, CO 80122.
4. Items returned without an approved RMA authorization number may be refused or delayed in processing.

5 Warranty Coverage & Defective Items

Defective items are covered under our full warranty with immediate support. Because each kit is handcrafted in our Colorado facility, we stand firmly behind our workmanship.

• If any LED strip, connector, relay harness, or remote receiver exhibits manufacturing or component defects, contact us immediately for expedited replacement or repair.
• Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, cutting or modifying sealed harness assemblies, short circuits resulting from unauthorized wiring modifications, physical impact, or external vehicle damage.

6 Installation Guidelines & Street Legality

Our kits are engineered to be plug-and-play with OEM style connectors whenever possible, avoiding the need for wire tapping or destructive modification.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custom L.E.D. Service, its proprietors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to vehicle down-time, labor costs, traffic citations, or improper aftermarket installation.

Corvette, Camaro, Challenger, Charger, and related vehicle names or badges are registered trademarks of their respective original equipment manufacturers (General Motors LLC, Stellantis NV). References to vehicle names are used strictly for informational purposes to specify vehicle fitment and compatibility.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or our products shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
